Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Fitness Coach

I am the founder of Build Fitness where we work with busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and working mothers to build confidence through consistency, accountability, and sustainability.

 

After graduating from James Madison University in 2020, I invested in my I.S.S.A. personal training certification and CPR certification. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I noticed the growing demand for health and fitness services. Therefore, I started a professional career from my passion as a

fitness enthusiast.

My journey began as an independent virtual trainer and I expanded my services to professionally train clients in the DMV area. I obtained my Nutritionist and Fitness Coach certification to better serve clients as they work towards a better version of themselves. 

 

I advocate for fitness as a lifestyle that encompasses intentional training, improved eating habits, and a diligent mindset,

Nutrition Consultation

This consultation call with consist of defining your nutrition goals and creating an outline of your new diet plan. It will be used to create a plan specific to your needs, lifestyle, and overall health goals.

Custom Nutrition Plan

Customized plan featuring a 4-week calendar including daily caloric intake, macronutrients, portion sizes, how to eat for your body type, and food logging.

Nutrition Coaching Call

Coaching calls will help you shift your relationship with food and become more mindful and strategic about what and how you eat. We will review your nutrition plan and food log, and set weekly goals that are realistic and attainable. Four calls per month is highly encouraged.
