- 6 weeks of effective workouts, including warm-ups, strength training, and optional cardio [gym access required]

- Access to an exclusive client portal (using with video demos of all exercises and warm-ups, as well as messaging support

  • Lower Body (Compound Exercises)
  • Upper Body (Triceps, Biceps, Shoulders)
  • Lower Body (Isolation Execises)
  • Upper Body (Back & Chest)
  • Glutes & Hamstrings
  • Core + Optional Cardio
