In-Person 1on1 Training Consultation

This 30 -minute in-person consultation will consist of defining the client’s goals and creating an outline of their new customized fitness program. 

 

Potential clients should come prepared to discuss their past and current fitness-related experiences regarding health, nutrition, and physical activity and what they’re hoping to achieve while working with Daija.

 

Services will be recommended based upon the client's personal needs and budget. A follow-up email detailing our discussion and all training options will be sent post the consultation.  (No gym membership needed for in-person consulting.)

Zoom Consultation for 1on1
Virtual Training

This 30-minute Zoom consultation will consist of defining the client’s goals and creating an outline of their new customized fitness program.

Zoom Consultation for Nutrition Coaching and Guidance

This 30-minute Zoom consultation will consist of discussing your dietary needs, defining your nutrition goals, and creating an outline of your customized nutrition plan. The information from our call and the questionnaire will be used to create a plan specific to your needs, body type, lifestyle, and overall health goals.

 

Services will be recommended based upon the client's personal needs and budget. A follow-up email detailing our discussion and all nutrition services will be sent post the consultation.

 

You will receive a confirmation with a Zoom link once scheduled.

RVA Drop-In Group Training

Every Tuesday & Thursday at 6 pm; BUILD your endurance and strength! 

 

These workouts will be presented in a circuit training format and are modified to fit each client’s fitness level. All fitness levels welcomed.

 

Sign-ups are available up to 24 hours before class.

Custom Workout Program

Your exclusive client portal will be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized training experience.

 

You will receive a customized training program that has been adjusted to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle and schedule. You will also have access to progress photo and body metric tracking resources to help you stay on track and monitor your achievements.

In addition, the portal includes exercise demonstration videos to guide you through each workout, along with recommendations for reps, sets, and weights to optimize your training sessions. Should you have any questions or need assistance, there is also a chat feature available for your convenience.
