Custom Personal Training

Consultation: RVA In-Person Training

This 30-minute in-person consultation will consist of defining your goals and creating an outline of your new fitness routine.

 

Potential clients should come prepared to discuss their past and current experiences regarding health, nutrition, and physical activity.

This 30-minute consultation call will consist of defining your goals and creating an outline of your new fitness routine.

 

Potential clients should come prepared to discuss their past and current experiences regarding health, nutrition, and physical activity.

 

Calls will be held over Zoom and clients will receive a zoom link and reminders once scheduled.

1on1 Personal Training Only (In-Person)

  • Customized workout program

  • One-hour training sessions

  • Minimum three sessions per week

  • Fitness assessment

  • Physical progress tracking: photos, body composition measurements, strength, and endurance

  • Exercise portal featuring videos, instructions, recommended reps, sets, and weight​​

No Commitment Training Services

Drop-In 1on1 Training Session (In-person)

Train with no commitment! 1 hour sessions based on your fitness level and fitness goals.

All workouts will be presented in a circuit training format (primarily High-Intensity Interval Training) and are designed based on the client’s fitness level. Specific repetitions, sets, break periods, and weights will be recommended during sessions.

Nutrition Consultation Call

This 45-minute consultation call will consist of defining your nutrition goals and creating an outline of your new diet plan. It will be used to create a plan specific to your needs, lifestyle, and overall health goals.

 

Potential clients should come prepared to discuss their past and current experiences regarding health, nutrition, and physical activity.

 

Calls will be held over Zoom and clients will receive a zoom link and reminders once scheduled.

Nutrition Coaching Call

These 60-minute coaching calls will help you shift your relationship with food and become more mindful and skillful about what and how you eat.

 

We will review your nutrition plan and food log, and set weekly goals that are realistic and attainable. Four calls per month is highly encouraged.

 

For current clients only, new clients must consult.

Calls will be held over Zoom and clients will receive a zoom link and reminders once scheduled.

4-Week Nutrition Plan

  • Customized plan featuring a 4-week calendar including daily caloric intake, macronutrients, portion sizes, how to eat for your body type, and food logging.

  • Complimentary Nutrition Guide included

  • 5 business day turnaround before delivered
